How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and handed over to the shipping carrier, Royal Mail. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take a few extra days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You can easily track your order here.

What should I do if my product is damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@casehub.uk with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, Case Hub covers the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original condition and include the purchase receipt. To start a return, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

How does the refund process work?
